The two older men working at the counter are both unfriendly, it seems like they are forced there, one just smokes all day and the other old man is very unfriendly and treats others badly. Now the new boys at the counter are exceptional. There's no point in having a beautiful building, spending millions and having guys like that at the counter

Doreen is fantastic. it’s everyone else that’s the problem.<br>i ordered about $5k worth of fixtures, not a big amount of money by any stretch. everything went well until i went to pick up the materials. when i entered the store i was promptly ignored by everyone that worked there. this seems to be a common theme in this place as it’s not my first time in there.<br>i thought it maybe that i’m not a plumber i’m just a contractor…. so i talked to my friend who is a plumber and he said it’s the same with him and his guys and he doesn’t shop there anymore. anyway i eventually found a guy to help, he took my payment and handed me the slip to pick up my materials around back. he managed to do all of this without saying as much as one word, just head nods. I didn’t even get a thank you as i left. i went around back, pretty much same story there. i picked out my order and when to my house to do the install, I discovered they gave me the wrong order. Rather than subject myself to anymore of that i kept it and installed it. it’s fine, just not exactly what i wanted. never again!!
