FAB Enterprises is a Weymouth handyman and carpentry shop run by Frank — the name that comes up in every review — built for one-off jobs: a stuck storm door, a custom-shaped bulkhead, a railing that needs replacing. Its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles both carry a 5.0 rating and list a Massachusetts Trade License (#183353, through 2027) and an Installation Masters certification. The reviews behind that rating are consistent on one thing: Frank shows up when he says he will and gets odd, non-standard jobs right. In a 2021 review, a homeowner described him replacing a bulkhead door, an interior basement door and an exterior storm door in a 19th-century colonial, all with unusual dimensions that took some improvising. Earlier accounts describe the same pattern — a 2017 review credits him with fixing a non-standard storm door for a fraction of what a full replacement would have cost, and a 2019 review describes a custom-built cellar bulkhead door. One customer had him swap old moldy carpet for interlocking floor tile. Worth knowing before calling: the written reviews on Angi and HomeAdvisor run from 2016 through late 2021 — there's nothing more recent on either directory, so there's no way to say how the shop is performing today. And the license number listed on both directories is their own claim, not something verified against the state registry, so it's worth confirming directly. For a homeowner with a specific, awkward carpentry or door problem — not a full kitchen or bath renovation — FAB Enterprises has a track record of solving it carefully and at a fair price, at least as of a few years ago. Ask about current availability and pricing, and get the license confirmed, before booking.

Had Frank install entry door and storm door. Although I thought it was a high estimate, I hired him. I was not disappointed. High quality workmanship, clean and trustworthy as I could not be at home that day. Very happy.
We hired Frank to remove an old moldy carpet and replace it with floating inter-locking tiles. We were very pleased with the superior quality of his work. Frank really loves what he does. Shows up on time all the time and finishes when he said he would. Charges fair price for the job and guarantees his work.
Frank has been super to work with. He is highly responsive from quote to finish, shows up when he says he will, and provides superior craftsmanship. He replaced a bulkhead door, an interior door between the basement and bulkhead, and an exterior storm door, all with odd shapes and sizes in a 19th century colonial that required a little ingenuity and a couple of trips to the hardware store. He's also quick to offer suggestions on other things he can help with: not in a pushy way, just pointing out the kinds of services he would be able to provide in other areas of carpentry and masonry. Thanks Frank!
Frank and his crew replaced my cellar bulkhead door that was not a normal replacement it required a custom build. The workmanship was great! and they did a great job!The bulkhead looks beautiful! and looks like it came with the house.I would highly recommend!FAB Enterprises! Frank is very professional and really cares ! about the work he does. Thanks! again.Richard I
FAB Enterprises did an outstanding job in repairing my non-standard size storm door saving me hundreds of dollars as I did not need a new door. A previous contractor had told me a new door was needed and mistakenly thought it was a standard door. FAB was prompt, did a perfect job , and was extremely reasonably priced. As a result I hired them to repair my deck railing. I hired FAB after they did a great job in repairing my storm door. Their work in repairing the railing on my deck was prompt, perfectly done, and reasonably priced. I would use them for any carpenter work.
