A 2019 review described a custom-built cellar bulkhead door that 'looks like it came with the house.' A 2017 reviewer said Frank repaired a non-standard storm door instead of replacing it after another contractor insisted on a full replacement, saving hundreds of dollars. That kind of precise, custom work on tricky, older-house problems keeps showing up, from a 2016 threshold and pocket-door repair to a 2021 bulkhead-and-storm-door job praised for its 'superior craftsmanship.' Pricing comes up often and favorably: reviewers in 2021, 2020 and 2016 called his rates reasonable, fair, and a great price. One 2021 review admitted the initial estimate felt high before deciding the finished work was worth it. When something did go wrong — a loosened anchor two weeks after a 2016 job — Frank came back and fixed it within days of being told. Angi and HomeAdvisor both list a Massachusetts trade license (#183353, expiring October 2027) for the company, which we haven't independently verified against the state registry. Its Angi profile also carries two different tenure claims on the same page — a highlights badge says 12 years of experience, a separate paragraph says over 30 — worth asking about directly.
