Evan just installed a new tank and got it filled. GREAT customer service from the office on down. You can actually tdalk tdo somebody within a minute! Got rid of Downeast and can't be happier. If you are tired of the runaround from YOUR supplier, I highly suggest changing!

I recently signed up with Fabian oil, and Betsy is hands down, the best customer service rep in the industry. She actually provided me with better customer service than I would have received if I were making a big purchase like buying a car. I am looking forward to being a long time customer, thanks to Betsy. She’s an absolute rockstar.

Fabian is exactly what I was looking for, heating oil and propane delivery that I don't have to think about. They're reliable, easy to work with and, unlike the last company I worked with, I don't see a bunch of unnecessary fees on every bill.
