The time had come to shop around for a new energy company. While experiencing service and delivery issues with my previous supplier, setting up an online account with Coastline was a snap. Pricing was competitive. Payment was easy and secure. Although I was informed of a possible wait of up to five days, delivery was next day. Can’t beat that. I’m pleased to add to their five star reviews and recommend you give them a try if it’s time to make a switch.

I am so happy with Coastline Energy. I was having a problem. Had no heat. Did talk to someone from another place. They thought I might be out of oil. But my tank still said ⅜ full. I called Coastline and talked to Ken. I told him what was going on over the phone, and I made arrangements to get oil. He came that night, put in 100 gallons and came into my home, and checked my furnace. He did a few things, and I asked questions. Ken put a bottle up to something on my furnace, and some oil came out, but he said that there was air in the line. What had happened was that I ran out of oil. I asked more questions about some things, and he answered them. He treated me like a human. With respect. When he was about to leave, I found out the story about the company and that he was the owner. If this is what it is to be a customer with them, then they will have a new customer. I look for truth, kindness, and customer service. They were willing to help even though at first I did not have an account with them. Thank you for being kind and helping.
