Facilico is a commercial electrical contracting company that's been wiring buildings around Burlington and the wider Boston area since 2002, when Bryan Regan and Paul Santangelo started it with three people. The company says it's still co-owned by the same two founders today, and it specializes in commercial electrical installations, HVAC control wiring, fire-alarm and life-safety systems, and energy upgrades like solar panels and LED lighting for facilities rather than individual homes. What keeps coming up in its reviews is speed and follow-through on bigger, trickier jobs. In a 2023 review, the manager of a commercial property said the fire-systems monitoring and maintenance crew — with a technician named Jim doing the hands-on work — got back to him within minutes, and called owner Brian "accessible, fair." A 2025 review from someone running facilities for a Back Bay social club housed in two 19th-century brownstones credited Bryan and his team with getting a full HVAC upgrade done smoothly despite the building's quirks. The company holds an A+ rating and has been BBB accredited since 2010, and its Google reviews run 4.7 stars across seven ratings. The one thing worth flagging is a 2023, three-star review: a condo resident said the crew sent to check fire alarms in every unit refused to show company identification when asking to enter, even while acknowledging the work itself was probably fine. Its website says co-founder Bryan Regan is a licensed Master Electrician in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, though no license number is given and that claim hasn't been checked against the state registry. For commercial property managers and facility operators who need an electrical contractor comfortable with fire-alarm systems, HVAC controls, and larger installation work, Facilico looks like a solid call — just confirm identification procedures for any crew being sent into occupied units before signing off.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Facilico, Inc. Electrical and Controls. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
Standard receptacle swaps — a new dedicated circuit is a bigger job ($350–$750).
Flush mounts, pendants, chandeliers — hung on existing boxes.

Great customer service. Good group to work with
I run the facilities for a womans social club located in the Back Bay of Boston. The club is inside of two 19th century Brownstones and has its share of challenges. We are currently coming to the end of a complete hvac upgrade and Bryan & his team have been an integral part of making the upgrade go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Facilico being a part of large or small job coming up in your future.
These guys are absolutely top notch. Literally the best in the business. If you have a commercial property that needs a new or work on your fire systems, monitoring and maintenance these guys are outstanding. They are responsive and get back to you within minutes. Jim is the guy who works on my building and he is extremely skilled and a damn nice guy. Brian, the owner is accessible, fair and one of the most reputable business folks in the business! I can't say enough about how great they have been to us.
Recently Facilico was on site doing a fire alarm check at my condo complex where they needed to enter every unit. I am sure that they provide a great service, but I am concerned that their employees refused to show any company identification when requesting to enter my unit. I thought they would have shown more professionalism since they were hired and contracted by a third party for this job.
