Family Fence LLC installs fences. A 2022 BuildZoom reviewer said Tom installed a chain link fence for a new puppy, was on time and explained every step of the process. A 2022 BuildZoom reviewer named the owner as Thomas Cook and said the fence was built to their specifications in a timely manner. A 2022 BuildZoom reviewer said Tom had installed a PVC fence for them the year before, after they saw his work on another job in the neighborhood, and started and finished well within their timeframe. A 2024 Google reviewer said the price was the most inexpensive they found and the job was quick. In a 2025 Google review, a customer said they hired Family Fence in March for an April install; after repeated no-show start dates, Tom agreed in late May that he could not do the work and said he would refund the $3,750 deposit, then stopped responding to calls and texts. A 2025 Google reviewer said Family Fence had replaced a chain link fence around their pool with decorative aluminum and did a great job, then scheduled a second fence back in August 2024. That 2025 reviewer said the schedule slipped, Thom had medical issues, and a requested deposit refund had still not arrived by mid-May. A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that he had been avoiding their calls since the deposit was paid and that they were not sure he was still in business. On Google it holds 4.5 stars from 26 ratings. Its BBB page shows an A grade and lists two complaints.
