Made an oil delivery they didn't show up. I called and asked when the delivery was going to come. They told me to put diesel in the tank to keep the heat going. They never showed up after continuing to tell me different delivery days. Left my family in the cold. Shame on you

We have been served by the oil company Fawsett Energy for at least 12 years. We have a contract for auto delivery of the oil, a service plan for annual cleaning and tune up of our heating system, and a plan for replacing the oil tank in case it leaks (ours is very old). In these 12 years we have NEVER had any problems or issues. We never think or worry about the oil because it is delivered automatically and only when it is needed. Oil prices are flexible, but it is what it is. It depends on many factors. Yes, sometimes we pay more, but sometimes very little. I think they offer a fixed rate plan, but we're happy with how things are going so far. Their technicians are excellent and always take good care of us. This is a good business and I highly recommend them! Also, having read a couple of other reviews here, I can attest that they have never treated us unfairly or spammed us. We are their long-term and loyal customers for good reason.
