After receiving several bids, I chose Adi at Diamond Mechanical to decommission my existing tankless hot water coil and procure and install a heat pump water heater for my domestic hot water system. His bid wasn't the lowest, but his communication was by far the clearest and most professional. That gave me confidence the job would be done right—and it was. Adi was responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with throughout the project. He answered my questions promptly, presented multiple options, and helped me choose the best solution for my system. I wasn't able to be on-site during the installation, but Adi coordinated directly with the electrician and documented the entire installation with detailed photos so I could independently verify the quality of the work. The installation was completed on schedule, and the workmanship was excellent. Shortly after the installation, an issue arose that initially appeared to be related to the new system. Adi responded quickly, helped troubleshoot the problem, and coordinated with a plumber. It ultimately turned out to be an issue with a different unit at the property, but his willingness to jump in and see it through demonstrated that he truly stands behind his work and cares about his customers. I highly recommend Adi and Diamond Mechanical.
