A house about to go on the market needed interior ceiling painting, wooden floor sanding and finishing, and exterior painting more than two floors high, a 2024 Google customer wrote, and Shaun worked after hours to get it finished on time. That 2024 customer said the cathedral ceiling took a few coats and looked like new, and named the price, the quality of the work and the commitment to the deadline as reasons to hire Shaun again. A 2023 Google reviewer described the work as meticulous, said they minimized disruption for the homeowner, and called the pricing fair. A 2022 Google customer said they cleaned everything up afterwards and moved the furniture back in. Ferren Painting holds a 5-star Google rating from 4 ratings.
I was about to put a house on the market, but needed some relatively quick interior ceiling painting, wooden floor sanding and finishing, and exterior painting that was effectively more than two floors high. Shaun worked after hours to get this finished on time and did a great job. The interior cathedral ceiling required a few coats and looks like new. The floors look great and the exterior painting was also well done. I appreciated the price, the quality of the work, and the commitment to get the job done on time. I would certainly hire Shaun again.
Very high quality, meticulous work. They are pleasant to work with, minimize disruption for the home owner, and fairly priced.
Amazing work. Very professional and did excellent work. Very conscientious and cleaned everything up afterwards and moved furniture back in! A major +. Will definitely hire again! Highly recommend.***
