Finyl Vinyl Inc

Hired this company to do siding, gutters, new front, back and garage doors. What a mistake. The owner of the company treated our job like a side hustle, despite charging top dollar. He would disappear for months at a time, then call at night or on weekends wanting to come and do work. He even called on Christmas Day. I had to call several times asking for when work would resume. Despite repeated requests that the work be done during normal business hours, he frequently contacted us on nights and weekends requesting to come and do work in the evening and on weekends. The gutter and general siding work was acceptable but the door installs were a disaster. I came home from work one day to find my new front door had no knob, just the deadbolt! I couldn’t get in! In addition the door was totally out of alignment and had to be re done which took months. In the end we had to hire another company to fix it as best they could. In general, there was no attention to detail, I don’t think the owner, Tim, even knew what trim was. A job that should have taken a month or so took almost two years to complete and in the end we had to hire another company to finish the work. When presented with these issues, the owner became hostile and made threats. All in all a terrible experience.

unfortunately I have to rate this review with 1 star and if I had my choice I wouldn't use any stars I am so extremely disappointed. I spoke with the owner at the home show and he gave us some wonderful advice and said to give them a call. after numerous calls leaving messages about 2 weeks later I finally received a call back. after coming out and talking with us and explaining what needs to be done and that he will be contacting the insurance company I hadn't heard back. I have called and left numerous messages since April at least 2-4 times a week now with no return calls it is now June 26 and yet again leaving us in limbo and now needing to find a new company willing to be responsive and help us out with our siding. So incredibly disappointed.

Nothing but good things to say about Tim & Finyl Vinyl.. Caring bussiness owner as nice as they come. Top A+ Quality Material. Workers are very professional and very helpful. I would recommend this company over over and over again and I will be using again in the future. Thank you for everything:)👍
