Justin and his team are excellent to work with. We hired them to remove and replace our existing gas fireplace. Justin walked me through all our options and showed me which Heat & Glo models would fit our space. After a thorough site inspection and coordinating the specific installation details, his crew did a fantastic job. They removed the old fireplace, saved the existing mantel and hearth, and properly air-sealed, insulated, and installed the new unit. I'm looking forward to getting plenty of use out of it this winter!

Excellent experience with every aspect ! Everything from the showroom discussions, the inspection to the final insert was great and easy. Special thanks to Greg in the showroom for all his patience and Joe and his team at the NH office for all their help with the installation ! I love it !

Would leave 0. Was quoted "$6500 installed," put down a deposit, then after home inspection, price jumped to $9200... Then salesperson was unreachable for over 2 weeks and still had our deposit $. Fireelement delayed our construction for over 2 weeks since we had to go through a new company, and start from the beginning. Classic bait and switch scam!

We just finished a purchase/install of a gas insert into an old unused fireplace. I could not be happier with the service, communication, attention to detail, and speed of the entire team at Fire Element. We had been considering this for a long time and Greg and Crystal were a great help getting the right configuration and coordinating all the moving parts so we could finally make this purchase. FYI: for anyone considering this, there are a lot of steps with inspections, chimney work, plumbing, electrical, installation, etc... ALL of team (including vendors recommended by Fire Element like CRN for plumbing and electric) were awesome to work with, knew exactly what needed to be done, scheduled and completed work quickly, were super clean, answered all my questions, and a lot of moving parts came together to end up with a great new fireplace. If you're considering a new gas fireplace you can trust Crystal, Greg, Amanda, and the entire team at Fire Element / Architectural Fireplaces!!
