A winter windstorm led one homeowner to call Firefox for a temporary roof patch, then a full replacement once the weather improved. In an April 2026 review, the customer said Byron responded quickly and the crew completed the replacement in one day, with cleanup afterward. Other customers describe smaller repairs as well as new roofs. Firefox The Roofing Pro is based on Church Street in Milford. The company says it has 15 years in business and offers residential and commercial roofing, repairs, insurance-claim assistance, gutters, siding and exterior work across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. It names communities around Worcester and Providence among its service areas. Recent customers give several examples of repair work. An August reviewer described a damaged gutter and badly rotted fascia board repaired for the quoted price. A September Thumbtack customer said Mike and his team replaced shingles on the eaves in a two-hour job. Another September customer said Byron and Carmen inspected an attic and identified an air-conditioning unit, rather than the roof, as the source of a leak. That customer praised the inspection and explanation. A June Thumbtack reviewer also described a roof inspection with photographs and detailed explanations. For larger work, a June 2026 Google customer described stripping, repairs, water shielding and re-roofing in a day and a half. An October 2025 reviewer said Byron handled the permit application and that the crew completed a roof in two days after the permit was issued. A customer writing in September 2024 said a roof installed in 2018 had gone six years without problems and recalled being told the extra plywood cost before installation. Google lists 4.9 stars from 41 ratings, and Thumbtack lists 4.9 from 183. The company claims GAF Master Elite and CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster credentials. Its BBB profile lists home-improvement registration 211529 and construction-supervisor licence CS-119831; these are directory claims. Firefox's website advertises a BBB A+ rating, while its August 2026 BBB listing gives an A grade.
I received a competitive quote and the roof repairs were completed quickly, and with quality materials. I am very happy with the roof repair service that was performed.
Mike and his team were amazing, fast and on time. Have been trying to get someone to replace the old moldy roof shingles on my eeves for so long. Job was only two hours long but came out beautiful and looks great with my new stain on my house. Would recommend them for any of your roofing needs 🥰
Byron and Carmen from Firefox were extremely prompt in responding to my request and scheduling an estimate with me the following day. It turned out that our leak was not due to a roof problem (it was the A/C unit), so their inspection in our attic was incredibly helpful. This business is honest and fair. I will definitely be calling them whenever we have a problem with our roof!
Byron and his team were by far the most professional contractors we have worked with! He was courteous, communicative, on-time, and gave me a very fair price. He was willing to fix my issue, not just the small problem I thought I had with my shingles, and did it well and quickly! I am recommending him and his company without reservation to anyone. Full confidence 5 stars.
The Firefox The Roofing Pro team did an excellent job repairing my homes damaged gutter and very rotted fascia board. The company provided me a detailed and fair priced quote after quickly responding end to my request through Thumbtack. Excellent job and per bid. I highly recommend them!
