A 2026 customer wrote that the process, their options and what to expect were explained, and that Nathan "answered a million" of their questions. A 2019 customer said First Choice removed stumps, a small tree and maple trees near the house, squeezing the job in before winter. That 2019 customer said the quote was reasonable and the work was done very fast. A 2021 customer said Nathan got back promptly with estimates and dates and did what he said he would do. A 2018 customer said the company quoted a reasonable price and stuck to it. A 2019 customer wrote that their project had not started yet and sat in the company's backlog of work for the next year.
