We had a great experience from start to finish. They installed a new 50-gallon Custom Comfort heat pump water heater, removed the old one, and handled a long list of plumbing work for us professionally and efficiently. They installed new gas lines for our kitchen ranges, fixed drainage issues in the basement and first-floor bathroom, corrected shutoffs at the water main, re-hung basement water lines properly, and took care of several smaller repairs that really needed attention. They also pulled and reset toilets, fixed faucets and drain assemblies, corrected a crooked tub spout line, and repaired our downstairs shower plumbing. The crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain things clearly. You can tell they care about doing the job the right way instead of cutting corners. Everything was left clean and working properly when they finished. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest, quality plumbing work.
