A 2026 customer with a burst pipe wrote that Ken was the one person who returned the call. When that customer's usual plumber got back to them and they cancelled, the 2026 customer said Ken was understanding, and on the day of the appointment he made a follow-up call to make sure "my guys had showed up & I was all set." A 2023 customer said Ken came within 30 minutes of the call, recommended the repairs, bought the parts and did a good job. A 2022 customer said they had called Ken twice over the past two years, once for a burst pipe and once for a malfunctioning zone, and that both times he was prompt and professional. A 2025 customer who had a problem thanked him for the advice and wrote, "You saved the day!" On Google, Ken Karpowich Plumbing holds 4.2 stars from 5 ratings.
A few weeks ago, I had a pipe burst. I had to quickly turn off the water heater and pump. I got no reply for a couple days, from my usual plumber who is familiar with my place. I started looking for someone new. Ken is the one person who returned my call. We set up a time, but in the interim, my usual guys did get back to me. I called to cancel my appointment with Ken and he couldn't have been nicer & more understanding. Not only that...on the day of my appt. he did a follow-up call to make sure my guys had showed up & I was all set. That's the type of care, you want.
Had a problem and he gave me the expert advice. Thank you. You saved the day!

I've had the pleasure to call on Ken twice over the past two years -- once for a burst pipe and once for a malfunctioning zone -- and both times he was prompt, professional, and extremely reasonable. I will happily call him for all of my future plumbing needs.
