First Class Roofing

I had a great experience with Jay at First Class Roofing in Oceanside. They did an excellent job repairing my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were honest, professional, reliable, and offered a very reasonable price. I also want to give a special thank you to Denise in the office for being so helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. The whole experience was easy and stress-free. I highly recommend First Class Roofing to anyone who needs roof repairs!

I found Jay in 2001: he’s honest, a Pro, reliable, dependable, does excellent work, good cleanup & great after service. He also helped out at my family’s stores when that roofer did not pull through

I hired First Class Roofing for my 3200 sq ft roof replacement. They were able to start almost immediately. Shortly into the project, it was clear that work was far from my satisfaction or expectations, so I fired First Class Roofing. I hired a new roofing contractor who completed the job beautifully without any issues. After I withheld partial payment to First Class Roofing, they proceeded to sue me in small claims court. I was unfamiliar with the small claims process and they managed to win a judgement against me, forcing me to pay for work that I (and the subsequent contractor) deemed grossly substandard. First Class Roofing then threatened to sue me again - this time for defamation unless I removed a previously posted review. I would not recommend them at all.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to work with. He was completely honest and professional regarding our commercial roof. We look forward to calling Jay for all of our future roofing needs.

They really live up to the first class name! Jay was informative and insightful on what I needed done. His team completed my whole roof efficiently and they were respectful to clean up to ensure a safe environment for my kids.
