According to the Facebook page for First professional chimney, this is a family business out of bedford Nh. We made an appt for a tech to come out and nobody showed up. Called them to see if anyone was coming and was told that no tech was in our area ( Manchester) and that we were notified. I said no that we were not notified and how can no tech be in our area when the office is in the next town? I WAS TOLD THESE ARE CONTRACTORS AND THEY SEND WHOEVER THEY HAVE? I said I thought this was a family run business out of bedford with 30 years in business? And I got hung up on. So BEWARE.

My boiler broke down with freezing Temps outside,and we hadn't used our wood burning stove in years. I called and got george and explained my problem. He came with his lovely assistant and cleaned and inspected my chimney, even gave me a lower price than quoted when he didn't find any major problems. Super nice people. Great service!
