What an amazing experience! We ran into problems trying to replace our log set in an existing gas fireplace. After a TERRIBLE experience with another company, we were referred indirectly to NH Gas Fireplace Service. Allen was a breath of fresh air - knowledgeable, direct, honest and willing to problem solve. We started this almost a year ago with the other company, but within just weeks of contacting Allen, the log set is installed, and we are good to go! I cannot recommend him enough!

Wishing I'd reached out to Allen years ago. My (now late) wife and I bought this beautiful home in March 2018. Not sure of how to operate a gas fireplace at the time, I turned the valve off. Biggest regret. We lost out on years of that warm glow on cold winter nights. When I was recently downsizing, I reached out to Allen to inspect it and get it going again.
