FITZGERALD ROOFING

Fitzgerald Roofing is a Longmeadow, MA roofing company that reports 30 years in business and offers free estimates. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor license, 192791, is active on the state registry. A recent customer writes that the company completed an entire roof replacement in one day, including removing two layers of old shingles, and also inspected the garage roof and cleaned out the gutters. Another writes that Mike's crew stayed for about 12 hours to make sure the house was buttoned up ahead of rain overnight. A recent customer with many challenging rooflines names Jason Ginty as co-owner and writes that the crew took care not to damage the landscape or house paint. In a 2024 review, a customer wrote that the company replaced the roof on an 1865 barn along with soffit work. In another 2024 review, a crew stripped 2 layers of shingles on a detached garage and put on new underlayment, new drip edge and lead on the chimney in one afternoon. There are concerns to weigh. In a 2022 review, a customer wrote that owner Mike never showed up as promised, that the crew waited over 3 hours for materials, and that the drip edge was improperly installed with a poor fit. In a 2025 review, a neighbor of a job on Parker Rd in Somers, Connecticut wrote that Fitzgerald Roofing is not licensed in Connecticut and did not explain that a permit was needed. A 2025 1-star review calls the salesperson's promises fake while saying the workers are great. A safety-record page on osha.gov describes employees observed working on a residence roof without fall protection.
