Do not work with this company. Their quality of work is horrendous and their customer service is even worse. I don’t need to say much because the photos do the talking, but they couldn’t find the studs when attaching drywall and created new bends in my walls everywhere. They placed two of the same grain shower walls next to each other, left massive gaps with flooring, etc. They were sketchy from the beginning—They were trying to get me to pay extra for things that were already in the contract, and acted as if I was absurd for wanting what was initially discussed and signed for. They baited me by offering a discount if I signed the contract the same day, which was a clear scam given how everything turned out. I was under the impression when I signed that I would have a fully finished bathroom other than paint, but you can see by the photos how that ended up. They were also extremely disorganized (not meeting deadlines and not having required meetings before starting work). The manager, Chris, is very dismissive and does not care about quality. He spoke with me as if I was a child, not a paying customer, and told me that they had “bent over backwards” for me because this was the second attempt at a drywall installation. The first attempt was even worse, if you can imagine. He accused me of denying the team entry because they came to my house on a day I requested them not to with plenty of advance. He harassed me over messages trying to tell me that I was wrong until it got to the point that I just had to stop responding. My bathroom is 5’x6’ and they charged me nearly $30k for this hack job. Save your money and don’t spend it on a company that outsources below-standard work for high end payment.

We were very pleased with the whole process of our shower remodel. From the initial sales presentation which we thought was great. To the setting up of the installation date. Install crew was amazing. Creating a custom walk in shower. Any questions or concerns were answered. Highly recommend Five Star Bath solutions

To be honest, we had a little trouble with the scheduling time for the initial consultation. However after calling the office, we were contacted by the management team who quickly rectified the issue. Consultant was friendly, open and laid out all the services and answered all our questions. Price was in the expected range. The contractor was also professional and made sure to keep the site clean of all debris during demolition. We had a shower replacement service performed and the old shower had a wrap around fascia. The contractor took the time to create custom trim to cover the entire opening. Update: Dropping to three stars!! We noticed we had an issue with the hanging slide doors not being aligned. The inner door doesn’t close all the way at the bottom, leaving a 1 inch gap. The outer door catches halfway when you try to open it, making a grinding noise. We reached out to the manager explaining for the amount of money we paid, the doors should be plumb. He agreed and stated he would get someone out to fix it. We have not heard from him since. We called again and got his voicemail but no response. We then reached out to the office and left a message. Still no response. Was pretty patient with the scheduling screw up at the beginning and gave them the benefit of the doubt. We also noticed a couple of small things: Trim alignment & burnt wood trim from the oscillating saw (photos attached). The lack of communication after the job has been completed and money has been paid, is very disappointing. I really thought we had found a reputable company who cared about their clients and took pride in their work with the high reviews. I can’t imagine recommending them to my friends who have asked about my experience with 5 Star Bath Solutions of Southern NH. 😞

I’m basing my review on the selling points. Scheduling at my convenience. I received a call on a Sunday night to reschedule my install that was to take place the next day due to a snowstorm. Acceptable, except I was unaware they were coming. When I asked to reschedule for the following week when I had more availability, it was insisted to be scheduled that week even if it wasn’t two consecutive days. I was without a shower for five days. 1-2 day install depending on if there is extensive underlying damage or mold. Mine was a 3-day install over 4 days and had no underlying issues. With another 4 days for repairs and replacing doors twice over the course of 5 months. Utmost care will be taken to protect the home from damage. I had damage on a ceiling, 7 walls, 3 doors, 2 floors, door trim, threshold, porch, ramp, and driveway. We will clean up; you’ll never know we were there. I had debris left in the bathroom, basement, outdoor walkway, driveway, and garage. Still don’t know how a screw ended up in the toilet. We will send a crew; the owner is usually on site. The initial install had 1 person. Follow-up work was 2-3. I have never met the owner; I only spoke to him on the phone. Property protection: if any property damage occurs we will repair or replace at our expense. The repairs were subpar, and I had to have them redone. They did compensate me for the ramp, ceiling, and threshold. As for the rest, I’m out of luck, and they won’t compensate me at all for the damages I’m left to live with. Can they be trusted alone in the home? Yes. Would I advise it? NO! If I’d been here, some of the damage may have been prevented. What couldn’t have been prevented, I would have been able to document immediately. Which would’ve left me in a better position instead of being accused of making up damages. Yet despite this nightmare, I have a beautiful new shower!

My husband and I met with the sales person Ryan Cusick on Friday 4/18/26 from Five Star Bath Solutions of Southern NH. We scheduled a bath upgrade for a walk in shower. Ryan is very knowledgeable and gave us expert advice. He has been very responsive during phone calls/text messages. He is extremely professional and polite and honest. He explains the process clearly. If I could give Ryan a 10 star I would he is a true delight to work with and represents the company perfectly. I will add another honest review with pictures after the walk in shower is complete and give you my honest opinion. Reviews mean everything to my husband and i when choosing a company.
