Flawless Floors is a flooring business based in Malden, MA. On Angi, it describes itself as catering to clients from high-end custom work to small home projects, and says it is a member of the National Wood Floor Association. Its written reviews date from 2005. A November 2005 review describes them removing the subflooring and installing a new maple floor, and says they managed to rid the floor of the squeaking it originally had. That 2005 review also says Brendan provided information on hardwood floors from the start, that there was no pressure to sign, and that at each point of the work they kept the writer informed. Another November 2005 review said the writers were very pleased with the results and would use them again. A December 2005 review called them thorough, professional and reasonably priced. One November 2005 review was mixed. It called the price for the quality of the job great, but said a 2 day job turned into a 4 day job without notice, so the writers arrived home to an unfinished job. It also rated cleanliness poor because cigarette butts were left all over the porch and flower beds.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages โ not a quote from Flawless Floors. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

I highly recomend using Flawless. They are thorough and professional and priced reasonably.
We were very pleased with our results and will use them again in the near future.
I was very pleased with their work of removing the subflooring and installing a new maple floor. From the start, I was very impressed with the information that Brendan provided on hardwood floors. I never felt any pressure to sign with Flawless Floors, but when compared to the other contractors, Flawless Floors really made an effort to answer all my questions and explain the process. At each point of the work, they kept me informed and I appreciated it. The floor looks great and they managed to rid the floor of any squeaking that I originally had.
The price for the quality of the job was great. However our 2 day job turned into a 4 day job and we weren't notified - since we were staying almost 2 hours away it would have been nice if someone had called to tell us the job wouldn't be done on time. We arrived home to an unfinished job and had to turn around and drive two hours back to where we were staying. Cleanliness we rated poor because there were cigarette butts left all over our porch and flower beds.
