Dustless Floor Sanders

We recently had our floors resanded, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Getting an estimate was quick and straightforward, and all of our questions were answered thoroughly. We were given clear, detailed information about the different product options, which made it easy to choose what worked best for our space. Scheduling was simple and very accommodating to our needs. Even when a last-minute change came up — a section of flooring needed to be laced in — the team handled it seamlessly with no issues. They were punctual, efficient, and extremely professional throughout the project. Not only did they complete the work with great attention to detail, but they were also friendly and easy to work with, which made the process stress-free. Eric made our floors look better than new and we are thrilled. Nail holes, scuffs and blemishes were erased like magic. Recently hired Eric to refinish some very damaged floors. Great communication, and he went over and above with the work. Also, it truly is a dustless system - we could stay at the property with no issues from dust or fumes, so that made it easy. Very happy with the results, and would have no hesitation hiring him again in the future.

I contacted Eric shortly before moving into a new home that was recently polished with oil-based poly. It smelled awful and I couldn't tolerate it. I called Eric and he scheduled with us quickly, did a great sanding job, and also replaced some terribly stained boards with some beautifully integrated new boards. He was personable and communicative. We will be working with him again.

Contacted Eric @ Dustless Floor Sanders over email, was given a good run-down of the work and was provided a well-fleshed quote shortly thereafter. Work was reasonably priced, and I was sold by the quality of his previous work. He and his colleague went to work a few weeks after the initial estimate, sanded + refinished the floors promptly and professionally. Additionally, he expertly repaired some issues from previous wear & tear. Attached pictures show before and after (lighter color is newly refinished) Throughout the process, it was easy to talk with him over text and get updates or ask questions. Will pick him again should I need additional hardwood work.
