Flex Services Inc

In a December 2023 review, a townhouse customer described hiring the crew to remove carpets and install vinyl flooring on the second floor. They said the crew helped them choose the material, color and baseboard design, worked quickly but carefully, and finished ahead of schedule. The floors and stairwell became the customer's favorite feature of the house. Flex Services Inc is based on Knowles Road in Worcester. Another customer, writing in September 2023, described replacing second-floor carpeting and a difficult winding staircase with vinyl. In an October 2023 review, a customer who named the business Floor Expert Inc said the installers listened to their requirements, helped them select flooring, arrived on time and paid close attention to the installation. A December 2023 customer described a different kind of floor work: Mikhail and his team leveled a basement floor for luxury vinyl plank installation. The customer considered the quoted price fair and said the team worked over the weekend and on Christmas Eve. Customers also described renovations beyond flooring. An October 2023 homeowner said the company built out a basement with a full toilet, built and painted walls for two rooms, and installed wood floors throughout. Another October 2023 customer, who had bought an apartment in disrepair, described hiring Floor Expert for design and renovations before moving in. They praised the bedroom, living-room and kitchen solutions, the bathroom and hallway designs, and work that included painting, wall finishing, floor installation, and cabinet and door replacement. In November 2024, a customer said Mikhail and his team built a pantry where hardwood flooring had been damaged. They retiled the area and added a door and racks, proposing solutions that suited what the customer wanted. That customer praised the team's neat work. An April 2024 customer likewise said the crew arrived on time, kept the house clean and did work they were happy with.
