Dave and his crew were fantastic to deal with. Looking forward to our next project and hiring them again. We had all of our floors redone on the first floor and it came out great, wanted the squeaking to go away and they did just that. The guys also cleaned up after every day and always checked in to see what else we needed before they left. Thank you!!

What a transformation! Our bathroom came out beautiful!! The crew was fantastic from start to finish. They were efficient and clean and finished this job quicker than expected. The excess material was removed and when they left, all was cleaned up nicely. Highly revommend this compsny and will use them for future projects!!!

Dave and his team are awesome! They recently renovated our kitchen and with Dave and his team it went smoothly and the quality of the work is outstanding. From ordering the cabinets, countertops and hardware etc. to the final piece of crown molding, it all fell into place smoothly and timely. The work itself was completed within 2.5 weeks! (sooner had we not had a major snow storm to contend with). Not only is his team competent they are respectful and careful with your property. They were methodical and we knew from day to day what would happen and any changes that needed to be made. Dave is a person of his word, he knows his business and will do an excellent job. He had suggestions we would not have thought of which added to the design and beauty! We love the kitchen! Equally impressive is the network Dave has built with other businesses. It was a pleasure working with people who know their product and are simply really nice people...just like Dave! Next Move Realty & Construction is top notch! Highly recommended!

What can I say that google would put it at 10 stars? David Karam and his crew completely gutted my old bathroom and made me a sanctuary, zen place where I literally want to spend 24 hours a day. It is done to perfection. If you look under a loupe and examine every square foot of the place wall to wall, floor and ceiling and try to find an imperfection, you will not find one. Is it possible in today’s word of construction to find such a perfection you ask? Answer is YES with this construction company. Thank you Jasna Kun
