I seldom write reviews But my experience with floors and kitchens today they were exceptional from the showroom to the installation. Mark was more than Helpful and accommodating in helping us picking out a rug. Frankie and his son the installers were awesome and did a great job installing the rug. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff was very responsive and helpful during the ordering process and made sure I got the exact materials I needed. Delivery was right on time and courteous. I will definitely use them again in the future!

My wife and I were searching for a new flooring and we visited many flooring showrooms. After an exhaustive search we found Floors and Kitchens Today, Auburn, MA showroom. We worked with Mark Gosselin, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and showed us the best flooring material for our location. We couldn’t be happier with the final results. I had Floors & Kitchens Today install flooring in my yoga studio recently and they came out amazing! The flooring is high quality and they were installed beautifully. The installers were knowledgeable, professional and got the job done quickly. All in all I had a very pleasant experience.

The pricing, product selection and sales service were great! Ran into a delay due to a shortage of pre ordered materials which prolonged our project completion. Their response to any concerns were addressed with timely follow up and compensation. We would use them for future projects.
