A 2026 customer wrote that their furnace was not running one cold morning, and that when they called Tim "he was here immediately to get us back up and running." Folsom Heating & Cooling's website lists central A/C, boiler and furnace, radiant floor, mini-split and light commercial HVAC services, with a stated service area of Epsom, Manchester, Concord, Dover, Rochester, Salem, Merrimack, Derry, Raymond and Barnstead. A 2026 customer wrote that Tim, the owner, was the technician who came to their home, and that he showed them exactly what was wrong without trying to oversell anything. A 2026 customer said multiple companies had come out to service their boiler before Timothy figured out the issue, and the boiler is finally working like it should. A 2026 customer with a gurgling forced hot water system said Tim diagnosed and replaced a clogged circulating valve. A 2026 customer who reached the company through a home warranty policy said loss of heat was discovered on a Thursday morning and Timothy had the furnace repaired by noon Saturday. A recent customer whose home warranty company sent Folsom to look at a leak in the heating unit said he identified and fixed the problem immediately, then came back within a couple of weeks to service the AC. Cooling work runs alongside the heating calls. A recent customer said Tim installed a new AC system, explained what was wrong and recommended a surge protector so the same problem would not happen again. A recent customer with a central AC that was not operating properly said Tim got them on the schedule within several days, where others were weeks out. A 2026 customer had Timothy install a new mini split and said he was timely and communicated well. On price, a recent customer who had Timothy Folsom install a new oil burner/furnace said his pricing fell within the range their insurance company gave them, while "Most other quotes were way above."
We used Timothy Folsom for the installation of a new oil burner/furnace. From the beginning he was respectful, pleasant and courteous. We felt that he was very honest in his pricing as he fell within the range given to us by our insurance company. Most other quotes were way above. There was no pressure for us to choose him, but we liked that he didn't try to "rake us over the coals" so to speak. When time came for the job to be done, he was prompt, answered all questions and again respectful of others in the house at the time. His work is also of very high quality. We are thankful for his service and will use him again if need be.
Very happy with the work
Tim gave us a very competitive bid on a new A/C unit; and in a very timely manner (which was a factor considering how sweltering it was and how uncomfortable our sleeping conditions were). Tim was very professional and efficient. We would hire him again in a heartbeat! In fact, we are switching maintenance of our HVAC system to him as well.
Tim did an excellent job installing my new AC system! He is very reputable and explained what was wrong, plus recommended the installation of a surge protector for our new system so we do not have the same problem again. I went through a warranty company and he took the call within 2 days of me reaching out to the warranty company. We highly recommend Folsom Heating and Cooling for your home and they now have a customer for life for our heating and cooling needs. Thanks so much Tim!
I recommend this company with no hesitation. Knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough. Easily five stars plus.
