Mike and his crew did an excellent job. We needed a garage expansion, and after Mike and I reviewed the scope of work, he and his team managed the project professionally and efficiently. It was reassuring to work with a team we could trust to take full ownership of the project and deliver it to completion. During the project, we identified a few additional repair needs, including work on the concrete patio and shed. Mike and his team addressed these issues promptly and professionally. Forcier Contracting was great and I highly recommend using them for your one stop shopping construction experience. If you have a dream or idea, Forcier will make it happen. There project manager, Rocky, writes out a plan and payment schedule right away. There are no hidden fees and lots of communication through text and phone calls. Every day the project unfolds there is work being done without interruption. If you ask for guidance, you get great advice. You know what you want to accomplish but you dont know how to get there, call Forcier. All the workers are very friendly and approachable. We will never renovate with any one else. We could not be happier with our wood floors, Sheet rock walls, and professional painting of the interior first floor of our 120 year old house that we love each and every day. Brad Canfield

The Forcier team has completed several projects at my home, all of which have turned out great. Most recently a large deck with a custom layout and challenging landscape to work on. Their professionalism, communication and quality of work are second to none.

Forcier Contracting and Building Services did an excellent job with a water service line change from the curb stop. It was truly turnkey and made it low-stress from my perspective as an owner. Additionally, the one tenant that currently resides in the building was without water for a minimal amount of time due to the efficient work. Everything is back up and running and good to go for many years to come.
