Fort Clean Services cleans homes, from one-time deep cleans to visits on a bi-weekly cycle. A recent customer said the two-woman Fort Clean team cleaned their apartment, the oven and stovetop shine, and the job included dealing with mouse droppings. A recent customer prepping a condo for sale hired Fort Clean to clean the carpets and floors and said the condo was left smelling clean. A recent customer with a lot of rescue animals said that after the first cleaning they were still finding things that had been organized, cleaned or fixed. A recent customer said the deep clean was great, but the bi-weekly visits were inconsistent because it was not the same crew, two areas were missed repeatedly, and their returnables were taken. A 2024 customer who asked for a deep clean of a new house said they got a very basic clean, they arrived a couple hours after the time slot, and the carpet was vacuumed when they wanted it shampooed. In 2024, a customer said their cleaning products were left completely empty after being told the company does not provide cleaning products.

Started off very pleased. I like that someone came to the house to give us a quote so that we could have clear expectations. The deep clean was great, and then we started the bi-weekly cycle. There were inconsistencies each time, as it wasn't the same crew. IT was fine bc I didn't expect 100% of everything to get done every time. However, Last time they cleaned, they didn't clean two areas that had been missed repeatedly, and they took our returnables. No big deal, sent an email to give them a heads-up to please communicate to whoever is cleaning that they could please pay attention to these things that would be appreciated. I was assured it would be communicated. They just left today, took the returnables, and didn't clean the 2 areas that had been missed before. I called the office this time and got a very passive gentleman who simply said he'd put in a better note and asked for another chance. His response was so passive that it signaled that they didn't really care if I stayed or went, so I went.
The two-woman Fort Clean team did a beautiful job cleaning my apartment (which was sorely in need of cleaning*). The oven/stovetop shines.The counter is rid of its usual stubborn stains.The baseboard radiators appear almost freshly painted. * The team also did a thorough job. This included dealing with mouse droppings. What a relief to be free of them.
Prepping a condo for sale and hired Fort Clean to clean the carpets and floors. They did a great job and left with the condo smelling clean and all the floors looking their best. Highly recommend them, the are on time and communicate well.
Very kind people. I've been having some health issues and struggling to keep up the house with no help and a lot of rescue animals - they went above an beyond for the first cleaning. I am still finding things they organized/cleaned/fixed for me. Hands down the best cleaning I've received. And they were great with all the animals. Highly recommend.
The cleaners were extremely thorough and pleasant!
