Skyline Maids is a cleaning service. A 2017 customer wrote that they had looked long and hard to find this quality of service and recommended it. A 2018 reviewer called them professional, thorough and efficient and recommended them without hesitation. A 2018 customer said the lady who cleaned their apartment earlier that year could not show up on time, and once not at all. That 2018 customer booked online again and said they arrived home after work to an apartment that was not clean, and wrote that they would not use the service again.
This is my second try with this service. Earlier this year, I had them clean my apartment, and the lady did a fantastic job, but could not show uo on time (and once not at all), so I started using a neighborhood lady who did not do a good job of cleaning. I decided to give Skyline another try. I booked online, adding a note as to where the key was, got a reminder email that showed where the key would be, got a call today (cleaning day) from the maid asking if I would be there, and I told her no & where the key would be. I arrived home after work and my apartment is not clean. I won’t use this service again. Period.
These guys are absolutely phenomenal! They were professional, thorough, and efficient. I would recommend them without any hesitation. A+++++++
Best cleaning service around. I have looked long and hard to find this quality of service. Highly recommend!!!
