- Follow-up on sunrooms — June 2026 review says local contractors stopped responding
Four Seasons Sunrooms, on Worcester Road in Natick, has two Google reviews that point in opposite directions, for a 3-star average. The newer one, from June 2026, is a 1-star complaint from a customer who wanted to get a sunroom done. They say the local contractors the company works with stopped responding to all of their messages and never followed up, and that when they went back to Four Seasons, it didn't do anything about the situation either. The customer wrote that it left them concerned about paying for the job and then losing communication. In a November 2025 review, a different customer gave five stars, calling the crew courteous and saying they were thrilled with the work.
