Fox Pest Control Rhode Island

I was looking for just a one time visit to remove a hive of bees that was in a shrub by my front steps. We needed it removed right away because months earlier we had hired a handy man to put in new vinyl hand rails and we didn't notice the bees until just week or so before they were scheduled to come out and I had started trimming the shrub. The salesman was pushing me into a contract, basically let me believe it would be cheaper to get the contract plan then cancel it later if I wanted to. The problem is, he didn't mention the two hundred change cancellation fee. Keeping the two year contract would have cost me $70 a month. I didn't have much time to shop around and needed it done quickly, so my bad for not reading the fine print. READ the fine print. Anyway when I called the customer service line, they were unsympathetic and basically left me feeling like, sorry chump. My point was the representitive could have easily mentioned that when I told him I intended to cancel after the initial visit. The budget for my steps was costing me enough and I was looking for the best price. Be wary of this company, they are shady and apparently don't care about customer service or their reputation over the dollar. Which by the way their prices in general are rediculous unless money is no concern for you.

Erickson did an Incredible job. He listened to everything I had to say and was Incredibly knowledgeable!. I totally recommend him for the any kind of eradication of unwanted PESTS!.I'll welcome him again on the next initial visit!
