Fresh Coat Painters of Andover

Fresh Coat Painters of Andover is the interior-repaint crew that customers keep describing the same way: an itemized online quote you can add rooms and trim to, a start date that holds, and a house left clean with the furniture back in place. It is a franchise location based in Methuen, and BBB lists owner Fadi Francis — the "Francis" who shows up in review after review handling estimates and scheduling. Angi shows 4.9 stars from 61 ratings, 95 percent of them five stars. Most of the work is three-to-five-room interior painting, with recorded prices from $550 to $5,000. In an October 2025 review, a homeowner had the whole interior repainted, called the price excellent and the crew respectful of the household routine; another that month reached out on a Saturday and had an on-site quote Sunday. A May 2025 customer with a $3,500 job said the rooms were done within a week, cats and all, with a thorough cleanup. Earlier accounts fill in the range: in 2023 a $5,000 five-room job finished two days ahead of the quote, a $3,000 job paired painting with wallpaper removal, and one customer needed the estimate, commitment and finished job inside ten days and got it. Kitchen cabinets painted white in 2022 fooled a visiting contractor, who kept opening the doors to check. On the exterior side, a July 2025 deck staining came out the wrong color and Cesar's crew sanded the whole deck and re-stained it. Two lower ratings sit in the mix: a 2024 customer gave four stars for good work marred by a worker who complained loudly to a colleague while the family was home, and a February 2025 five-room job got three stars with no comment. Angi, HomeAdvisor and Houzz list a Massachusetts trade licence, number 200396, as the company's own statement; BBB grades it A+ but does not accredit it, and BBB and Porch give a Lawrence address while Angi and Houzz say Methuen. For a multi-room interior repaint or cabinets where you want a firm, itemized price and a short schedule, the people who hired them from 2022 through 2025 got what they were quoted. Confirm the crew lead and, on any exterior staining, sign off on a color sample first.
