Frontier Fence customers praised the initial installation but complained about getting help afterward. In an October 2022 Google review, a customer said installation went well but warned that calls about later issues were not returned. A May 2025 reviewer also described a good installation followed by difficulty getting help, and said another fence company ultimately assisted them. In a January 2023 Google review, a customer described a good initial job with promises of quality wood, low maintenance and a long life. They said the wood began deteriorating a few years later and that repeated attempts to contact Frontier were ignored. Google lists a 1.3-star average from three ratings.
