Frosty's Plumbing & Heating

Mr frost replaced our kitchen faucet, which had very low water pressure. He sold me on a $750-faucet he said would fix my issue for sure+he claimed he had the same item at home in his kitchen. He also replaced my filter system in the basement. Within around 10 weeks I had Very Low water pressure again in the kitchen. I called 3 times and left voice mails,and he didn't call me back, so I left a total of 3 texts, and I finally gave up. I have lived in New Boston for almost 40 years now+this is The Worst service I ever have encounter from Any contractor! If he did not stand behind his work here, I would think he would treat you in the same manner...be forewarned.

Frostys came to the rescue last year when I bought my home - from the very first project until this very day I wouldn’t use anyone else- He and his son have taken such good care of me and went above and beyond with every job- I’m very grateful and lucky to have found him and you will be too!

We've been working with Frosty for several years, beginning with a water heater repair on a very hot & humid day a few Summers ago. He earned our continued business that day and has been checking and maintaining our furnace every year since.

Plumbing issues under an addition. Our job required a larger whole in our basement to access a crawl space. Frostys and several other plumbers came out to assess the problem. Frosty’s were the only people who didn’t give me grief for not having the space accessible. Eric and Dave came back today and they were relentless in diagnosing the problem, cleaning out clogged drains, and repitching some of the drain lines to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Frosty’s plumbing and heating.
