I wanted to share my review because of the several positive aspects of the second story deck project FS Construction completed for us. It also involved replacing a window with a patio door. When we did our initial research, we felt overwhelmed with the amount of options and had not heard quotes back from several other local companies. FS Construction responded very quickly and offered to come out onsite wearing masks to give us a sense of our options. They provided multiple estimates for different types of wood for the deck and sent a quote over after we settled on our choice. They started the project the next day and we were able to complete the project in about 5 days. They communicated well with us throughout the construction and were responsive when questions came up. We are happy with the result and look forward to using our new outdoor space. Thanks!

A+ work!!!! Also to go with the best price. From the minute I met Tatiana and Yonathan I knew they were the right ones for ANY type of work for my new home. They were honest and upfront with me, worked with my budget and gave advice for the best look for the house now but also easier maintenance for the future. They found the BEST solutions for any little issues. They did not take any shortcuts. They stayed LONGER during the work day to make sure the job was finished but up to our expectations. I'll be calling them again in a few months to finish more of my house projects!!!! The BEST out here!!!!
