Update: I wanted to share a quick update on my experience with Fulcrum! On the 4th of July, a severe storm hit our area and knocked down a neighbor's tree right onto our house. It damaged our roof, front gutter, downspout, and the siding—which had just been installed a year or two ago. Luckily, I remembered the outstanding job Bill from Fulcrum did with my siding previously, so I gave him a call right away. As it turns out, Fulcrum does roofing as well as siding! Bill came over promptly to assess the damage and even volunteered to be present when my insurance adjuster came by. His professionalism and deep expertise guided me seamlessly through both the insurance claims process and the actual repairs. In the end, he handled my full roof replacement, new gutters, downspout, and siding repairs flawlessly. A branch came down and punctured my roof - causing a leak. Bill was great to work with. He was thorough, gave great advice, walked me through my options, and had the repair completed right away.
