One customer wrote in December 2011 that they had used Fulton's Plumbing no less than 75 times, on jobs ranging from replacing a hot water heater to plumbing 40 luxury condos. Jason Fulton is named in four of the five written accounts — Jay in one of them. In February 2012, a customer said Jason and two of his staff, John D. and Dave M., arrived on time and got the heat and hot water back on. Later that year another reviewer had Jay and his team back a second time for countertop and sink work in a kitchen and bathrooms, and called the projects small but the team professional. An October 2018 Thumbtack customer who booked boiler maintenance described knowledgeable work at a reasonable price. The account that says the most about how they operate is from October 2016. A homeowner with a sewer pipe problem said Jason came out, inspected it, and then referred them to another company because he did not have the equipment on hand. Two things to keep in mind. The written accounts are dated, running December 2011 to October 2018, so ask who would actually be on your job rather than assuming the 2012 crew. And of the ten ratings on Thumbtack, eight are five stars, one is a four and one is a single star. For everyday plumbing and heating around Woburn — a water heater, a boiler's yearly service, a leaking pipe — this is a small, long-running shop whose customers describe on-time, professional work at prices they found reasonable. Ask who will be on the job, and settle the price before the work starts.
