FV Construction

FV Construction is a Lowell, MA handyman and flooring outfit run by Fabricio Dos Santos, offering handyman work, flooring, deck repair, finish carpentry, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling to residential and commercial customers. On Thumbtack the business carries a perfect 5.0 average across 13 ratings, though less than half of those come with a written account. The four available describe consistent, specific work: a 2024 review praised an on-time, fair-priced laminate floor install with a crew that finished the job right; another from the same month said the team corrected poor-quality work left by the original deck builder back in 1997; and a 2023 review described a quick, as-promised microwave install and haul-away. Worth knowing: activity on the platform has slowed, with nothing posted more recent than August 2025, and most of the perfect score behind that isn't backed by a visible review. For flooring, deck repair, and smaller handyman jobs, the written track record points to careful, on-time work.
