Gagne Landscaping

Retaining walls, patios, and yard reconstruction feature in customers' accounts of Gagne Landscaping. In a March 2024 review, one customer described a retaining wall and patio with granite steps built in 2020, followed by repairs to settled grouting sand. The customer said two workers removed blocks, repaired the base, and reassembled the paving, and that the company waived the bill because it backed its work for five years. Based in Pelham, the company says Ryan Gagne started it in 2005 installing walkways and patios, and that it grew into a family-operated business with multiple crews. Its website lists residential, commercial, and municipal landscaping, lawn care, hardscapes, irrigation, site work, and snow removal, with Pelham and Gilford named as service areas. Other dated customers describe both construction and seasonal maintenance. A September 2025 reviewer credited Mike with stone cutting and work on a pool patio. In September 2024, a customer said Gagne added a driveway, new stone, and a children's play area to a side yard, praising Ryan's communication and a price below other businesses they had contacted. A May 2024 reviewer described converting mulch beds into edged decorative-stone beds using 15 yards of stone. Another customer that month said stump removal, reseeding, and spring cleanup finished on the scheduled day, with grass beginning to grow where the stumps had been removed. In an October 2022 review, a homeowner described stump pulling, grading, fill, and hydroseeding to extend a lawn. They said the team returned to repair a hydroseeded area washed out by heavy rain. A November 2024 customer praised communication during a fall cleanup that included flower beds, shrub trimming, and a large quantity of leaves. Google lists 4.4 stars from 42 ratings. There are also complaints: a September 2024 review alleged unsafe driving, including failures to stop and signal, with an update describing another incident in June 2025. An October 2023 reviewer accused the company of deceptive practices, and other 2023 reviewers criticized its professionalism and political signs. BBB lists the business as not accredited and not rated.
