Galley Painting & Carpentry is a painting and carpentry business in Foxboro, MA. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor license, held by Galley Painting and Carpentry, Inc., is active on the state registry. In 2025, a customer hired them for a paint and carpentry job on a ranch style home and shed, which had many fascia boards and window sills that needed repair and shiplap on the shed in pretty tough shape. That 2025 customer said they communicated every step of the way, that the customer always knew when they were coming or not coming due to weather, and that the pricing was reasonable, thanking Ed and Lauren. In another 2025 review, a customer said Lauren Galley painted several ceilings in the house, some difficult due to stairs and heavy staining from cigarettes, knew exactly how to navigate the stairs and cover the stains, and left the house spotless.
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Galley Carpentry and Painting of Foxboro, MA to paint my ranch style home and shed. I hired them simply from the reviews I had read online, really not knowing anything about them. The paint and carpentry job I got was outstanding! I had many fascia boards and window sills that needed repair, along with the shiplap on my shed that was in pretty tough shape. They communicated to me every step of the way throughout the painting process, I always knew when they were coming or not coming due to weather, or if a concern had arose and they wanted me to look at something, etc - there were no surprises. I truly appreciated being kept informed. My shed looks brand new, the paint job looks incredible and my house is just beautiful again! I watched as they took their time in making sure everything was completed to perfection. The attention to detail was stellar! Using Galley Painting for my job was the best decision I could have made and pricing was reasonable. Great job Ed and Lauren, I am happy to write about such a positive experience in hiring you and a job so very well done. Wanda
I had Lauren Galley paint several ceilings in my house and some were difficult due to stairs and also heavy staining from cigarettes. She knew EXACTLY what to do to navigate the stairs and how to cover all the stains. A perfect job AND she left my house spotless. BILL GORMAN
