Always have the needed supplies with excellent employee support
We were in need of a new pool liner in 2022. We selected Galvin based on their long history in this business. We gave a down payment and drained the pool. They sent a couple of installers and a manager showed up. I mentioned we didn’t expect to see him and he said he was there to keep an eye on his installers! That should have been our 1st clue. They installed the liner and when they left we noticed wrinkles on the steps and also at the deep end. We called to let them know we weren’t happy with the installation. They came back and were able to fix the steps since it was the shallow end. We agreed that the deep end would need us to drain the pool and then refill again when completed. They agreed to split the cost with us ( which still would cost us more than anticipated since we were paying to remediate the horrible job they did in the 1st place.) After that, it went downhill. They weren’t returning phone calls and just ghosted us completely. So you can say we got a pool liner for 1/2 price but there are still defects in the deep end which are visible and more wrinkle since then. Now, just 4 years later, we opened our pool to find multiple faded spots in the liner. If this is the kind of service you are ok with, good luck. We will never recommend this Company again.
