Best pool service in the state by far! We don't have time or knowledge to keep up with the maintenance of the pool. The original company had us spending thousands of dollars trying to get the pool up and running and weren’t proficient with electrical or pool plumbing. Then we found Oasis Outdoor Experts LLC who corrected all the issues we had and came out daily to keep up with the pool until the water was crystal clear and all the equipment worked flawlessly. When it came time for closing not only did he close the pool but he also cleaned up after himself and had the entire pool area all the way to the filter looking good. No boxes no debris anywhere couldn’t have been happier with the service and looking forward to next season. Cody at Oasis is definitely the best! Finding someone you can truly trust with your pool is hard, and we’re so glad we found him. Also very affordable! We had someone else before Cody, servicing our pool for years, but our pool constantly had debris and other issues. We were always told it was normal and that it was too difficult to get the pool completely clean. On top of that, there were constantly extra charges, and he was often late or would cancel. Our experience with Cody has been completely different. He leaves our pool spotless, keeps the chemicals properly balanced, and has made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. He’s reliable and professional, and if bad weather affects the day he’s scheduled to come, he always sends us a notification so we know what’s going on. He also sends an invoice every time so we can easily keep track of the service, along with pictures from each visit. That level of communication and transparency really makes a difference. We recently sold our home in Wolcott and, unfortunately, due to everything involved with getting the house ready for showings, we opened our pool much later than usual. My husband has had 12 back surgeries, so opening the pool has always been a bit of a process for us. Unfortunately, he recently injured his hip and had to stop working on it. If you're looking for a pool maintenance company look no further. Oasis Outdoor Experts is it. We were trying to get our pool water looking nice for 6 weeks with no luck. Cloudy water, algae, ph off, etc etc etc. The big box stores sold us a ton of chemicals that did nothing. Then the search began to find a professional and found Oasis. Called to make an appointment and they said they can come over the next day to evaluate the pool. Had the pleasure of meeting Cody. He stated he can have the pool water looking crystal clear and everything balanced correctly in 4 days. I gave him the green light to work on the pool and to my amazement he came through! Like I stated look no further, very professional, knowledgeable, great communication, and really has a great concern for the customer.
