Garage Doors by Rick Mignone

Rick Mignone personally quotes, schedules and performs the garage-door work, according to his company’s website. Based in Pocasset, Garage Doors by Rick Mignone describes itself as a family-owned Cape Cod business repairing springs, openers, cables and rollers, as well as installing new doors. It advertises fixed all-in pricing for those repairs and installations. The company says the family’s garage-door trade began with Northeast Overhead Door in Newton in 1949, that Rick took over the trade in 1977, and that he brought the business to Cape Cod in 1998. Its stated service area includes Falmouth, Sandwich, Mashpee, Bourne and towns farther along the Cape, including Chatham and Orleans. Google showed a 5-star average from 11 ratings in August 2026. In a June 2023 Google review, a customer said Rick responded quickly to a call and solved two problems on the same day. A September 2025 reviewer also recommended the company.
