Driver at intersection on route 112 in truck 110 was stopped at stop sign looking at his cellphone. Had ample opportunity to take the right onto 112. Due to being distracted with his cellphone he decided to jump out in front of my tractor trailer. I was doing the speed limit and was already braking downhill. Had to hit my brakes harder. Then he was not paying attention again at the light where you can go 95N and was in center straight lane and jumped out at last second realizing he was in wrong lane. Again because he was distracted. I hope his work quality is better than his driving quality.

I just switched my propane service to Garthwaite Energy (after being a 23 year customer w a competitor). Every single person I have worked with at Garthwaite Energy is so nice, competent, customer focus & a pleasure to deal with. Jennifer (answers phone and knows everything); Samantha in service; Amanda in the office and Aubrey in credit - they are great to work with and customer centric. Brian was my initial salesperson and he took ample time to explain several complications with my switching (house is 55 years old and laid out complicated on a slab). Brian and Daniel were my installers and they are awesome, smart, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I appreciated their skill level and commitment to safety. And made sure I understood how they installed it so I was knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend Garthwaite Energy.

Their prices are the highest and their service is the worst. Avoid this company.

Dan, the technician, is excellent! He was ultra helpful and did everything he could to get my furnace back in order.! Garthwaite Gas Company is excellent because they always answer the phone and always quickly respond. And their field techs are prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I give them five stars—hands down!!! I’m so happy with this gas company!!!
