No complaints and no government actions are published there. What's thin is the written record from customers: one detailed Reddit account and nothing else. That single story is specific and unsolicited, which counts for something, but it is one house. The right call for a North Shore homeowner going through Mass Save who wants the owner rather than a sales rep walking the attic — particularly if a program assessment came back saying nothing needs doing and the house still feels cold. Ask for the licence and registration numbers in writing and confirm what the Mass Save incentive covers before work starts.
