I had a fantastic experience with Cummings Home Improvements during my bathroom remodel. Ted did an amazing job. He really listened to what I wanted, offered helpful advice along the way, and his communication was excellent throughout the project. Ted showed up exactly when he said he would every single time, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The finished bathroom looks incredible and I couldn’t be happier. I would absolutely recommend Ted to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy contractor!

We hired Ted to add a mini-addition to the back of our house (which included adding a half bathroom and a mudroom to our first floor) as well as build a landing outside. I could not be happier with the outcome. All of the details are beautiful; Ted went the extra mile to ensure everything blended seamlessly with the rest of the house (molding, siding, etc). He was also very helpful when it came to any construction/design decisions we needed to make. He never steered us wrong. We will certainly be reaching out to him again in the future with any other projects we have.

I had a great experience working with this Ted! He was incredibly easy to work with, providing quality craftsmanship throughout the project. His keen eye for design really helped me make some important design decisions, and he was very clear about the timeline for ordering materials. He even helped connect me with a custom cabinet company to make sure my vision came to life exactly how I wanted it. Not only was he timely and communicative, but he also finished the project in just 4 weeks, even though he initially estimated 4-6 weeks. My kids were home a lot during the project, and he was so kind and patient with them. He hired skilled help, which made everything go smoothly. Highly recommend! Would definitely use him again.

Ted was recommended to us by a neighbor. We hired him to insulate our garage and replace builder's windows in our living room with Anderson windows. In all of our interactions, he was fair and knowledgeable, helping us understand our options and identifying areas in which we could make choices to stay within budget. He finished the project in a timely manner and was responsive and easy to work with. Our living room looks great and is much less drafty with the new windows! I look forward to working with him for our next project.
