Homeowners write about floors more than anything else. A 2023 reviewer had hardwood laid in a study and vinyl in a bathroom and called both jobs efficient and hassle-free; a 2024 customer had all the downstairs flooring replaced with white oak; a January 2025 reviewer had 30-year-old hardwood stripped and polyurethaned at their own house and at their mother-in-law's. Tile, backsplash and trim painting come up alongside, and the work sometimes gets bigger: an August 2025 porch-and-deck rebuild, a 2024 bedroom addition with a new kitchen floor and replacement siding, and a 2024 all-season room converted to living space followed by a basement expansion.
The praise is unusually consistent about process. Junior, who runs the operation, is named personally in review after review, with Trevor leading several projects and an on-site lead called Martin singled out in a 2023 account. Reviewers describe estimates that held, timelines that were kept, furniture moved carefully and work areas protected and cleaned up afterwards. Several say they hired the company a second and third time.
Two things are worth raising before calling. The one unhappy customer, in September 2024, was not writing about workmanship at all: they said they narrowly avoided an accident with a company vehicle being driven recklessly. And the company's own marketing now points at commercial work — its about, services, portfolio and careers pages are written for corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, retail, schools and clinics — while its home page still offers "your commercial & residential construction project done on time and within budget", and the customers who have written about the company describe houses. The home improvement registration is the credential Massachusetts requires for residential work, and it was renewed in February 2025 and runs to 2027, so the residential side has not been given up on paper. Ask directly how much of it they are still scheduling.
