Geiger-Phillips is a Wellfleet design-build firm — architects and builders working on Cape Cod's soft contemporary residential style, handling everything from home additions to basement remodels under one roof. In a 2023 Google review, a client called the team "a great group of professionals." Houzz lists the firm as an NAHB Certified Green Professional and an accredited member of its design-build network, with a Wellfleet/Truro service area and a home improvement contractor license number on file (not independently verified). There isn't much of a public review trail yet, so ask to see recent project photos or references directly when you reach out.
