Gentille Plumbing and Heating

Ryan Gentille runs a one-person plumbing operation out of Milton that's built a spotless local reputation the hard way — reviewers describe him as the plumber who finally solved a problem others couldn't, including a sewer gas smell that had haunted one home for four years after two other plumbers gave up. Google shows 54 ratings at a perfect 5.0, with Angi and Thumbtack both also at 5.0 from around 30 ratings each. The jobs described range from small (a leaking toilet, a new faucet) to substantial: a full-house plumbing installation, a full home renovation covering water, gas, and sewer lines, and a water heater replacement handled the same day it failed on a Saturday. His Massachusetts plumber license is active on the state registry. Reviewers repeatedly single out fair, transparent pricing — several mention it explicitly beat other quotes they'd gotten — and fast response, often same-day or next business day even for non-emergencies. There's no negative account anywhere in the written record. As a one-person operation, the main planning consideration is scheduling around a single plumber's availability, but for anything from a routine repair to a full plumbing installation in the Milton/Boston area, this is about as strong and consistent a record as reviews get.
